Refund policy
At Estela, all fragrances are final sale due to the nature of the product and hygiene considerations.
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case of a defective item (such as a broken bottle or manufacturing defect).
If you receive a defective product, you must submit an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via Instagram Direct Messages, along with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, a replacement of the same item will be arranged.
Please note that scent preference or packaging appearance does not qualify as a defect.
